Drinking too much water kills

Drinking too much water within a short time can lead to Hyponatremia, which is a condition where the sodium concentration in blood is below 135mmoles per liter. Symptoms of hyponatremia include fatigue, nausea, vomiting, frequent urination and mental disorientation.
